The terms for ordering from Waldo's Smash Burgers through Menu.ca.

Orders

Orders placed online are sent to Waldo's Smash Burgers for preparation. An order is confirmed once the restaurant accepts it; if it cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and any payment reversed.

Pricing & payment

Prices, taxes and fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time you place the order.

Cancellations & refunds

Because food is prepared to order, cancellations and refunds are at the restaurant’s discretion. Contact the restaurant as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide.

Liability

Menu.ca provides the ordering platform; the restaurant is responsible for the food and its preparation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the affected order.
